I advise making it on your computer than uploading it using ftp. Don't forget the ad codes if needed. There is a file manager in cpanel that lets you create and edit files.

I want to make my own PHP site. I don't want someone to make one for me. Does x10 support PHP scripts or not? If they do, where should I put them? The file manager? Where?

x10 supports php. All you need to do is upload them in the Public_HTML section of your FTP.
