3. You have to be more specific. What is the eror of making a cookie. Do you have any idea what the computer believes to be wrong with your cookies? Perhaps you should post the cookie code to be edited by the readers.

Yes........
It says I can't make a cookie unless the script is begore the <html> tag.
But I am writing the page using the script and if it matter I made the cookie before I wrote the page and it is still not working. Does a variable made in one script work in another script somewere else on the page?......:dunno:

Usually standing on your head and typing upside down gets you help the fastest ;) Your best bet in cases like this when it does not have to do with your hosting account is to use Google. There are a ton of tutorials and such on using cookies and JS. This forum is pretty much only to provide support regarding your account.
