The files for that subdomain should be uploaded to your: "webbuilding" folder under your public_html folder. The file pagerank-script.php isn't on that folder.
The folder "webbuilding" acts as the public_html for that subdomain.

If you go to: http://webbuilding.thecomputerforum.co.uk/ you'll see the files that are uploaded on that directory.
