Php_nuke Them help!!!!

hey,

Ok here it is. I uploaded a new theme called mstrenches to my themes folder in php nuke. then i went to my nuke site and tryed to switch the theme. The site came up grey with these words...

chomnd it to 777 also there should be a specail code for php nuke at the top of the file if not then phpnuke doest know if it is a theme file!
