php_uname() blacklisted

ALERT - function within blacklist called: php_uname() (attacker '125.237.164.195', file '/home/rokula/public_html/sugar/log4php/layouts/LoggerLayoutTTCC.php', line 26)

I already had the advanced php config, but for some reason this was switched back some time ago.

If this is possible, I would really appreciate if you could fix this problem.
