PHPBB 3.0 Installer - Blank white screen.. Help?

Same problem as described here. If this "Intermediate PHP" is the issue... what is that and where do I get it? :dunno:

You need to go here, http://x10hosting.com/account. Log-in, and scroll down to the part with PHP Version, select Intermediate PHP, type in a reason, and submit it. Then wait a few hours for it to be accepted and installed, then you can run the phpbb3 installer.
