PhpBB 3 installation issues

Hi,

I'm having a few problems redirecting my browser to get the PhpBB 3 installation screen to pop-up. I've uploaded the files to my public_html folder and extracted them, but I can't start up the installer.

This is the URL I think I'm supposed to put in to get the installation screen: http://endlessonline.exofire.net/phpBB3/install/index.php

I either get a blank page, or a 404 error page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Are you using the intermediate configuration of PHP? If not, to fix this issue you need to submit a request for it in the hosting account's CP ( http://x10hosting.com/account )

Yes, I upgraded it this morning.

PHP upgrades may take up to 12 hours to complete, even if you have already received a confirmation email. When I upgraded it took a few more hours than I thought it would, so it might just be that the upgrade process has yet to be completed, so you may still need to wait a few hours.
