phpbb codes not working

i insert the javascript in the overal header.tpl in phpbb but i still cant see the ads... anybody know what i'm doing wrong? ive searched on the forum and done all the methods i could find.... anybody known one to work? phpbb2 here

i do it just like u say and i've seen the tutorial... but they dont show up....
and i've taken them out atm... cause they wasnt showing up anyways.... why u need my site for

hyeclass2.x10hosting.com/forum is where the ads dont show up on my other pages i use the php code "include" and they show up perfectly

You don't have the default phpBB skin, so you have to modify the overall_header.tpl of the skin you are using.
You have made that correctly???

yes i have tried editing overal header and overal footer like you said also i've tried editing the board index......
