Phpbb Forums stopped working!

Hi, recently i have been getting the following error everytime i try to go to my phpbb forums...

Domain: sixfeetunder.elementfx.com
Cpanel: nick2410
Server: Absolut

Could this be some kind of error with the hosting? Or is this my own problem?

It's happening with me too. So it might be the hosting. Unless we both have the same problem.

The only non-hosting thing i can think of is that phpbb upgraded to 2.0.23 form 2.0.22... I read somewhere that we need to be upgraded to php 2 privileges, but im not sure what that means? Admins??
