phpBB: Fully Modded Forum

I have just uploaded and installed phpBB: Full Modded, at the address http://www.thejeffsta.x10hosting.com/phpbbfm/ , yet I am unable to do anything as it keeps saying that the forum is unavailable. I am not even able to login to my administrator account or anything.

What is wrong and what can I do about it? (I have tried a different MySQL User but that didn't change a thing)

Lol, maybe cos its disabled
go into admin and change it

I am not able to access the admin area of the forum cause it wont let me even attempt to login (tried to goto admin CP directly but got redirected to ../login.php instead which has that same message).

I have now deleted its databases and no longer wish to try it out and all that.

Why don't you just use a normal, un-modded version of phpBB and mod it yourself?

I already have that installed on the server. Im only installing other forums to help me get used to the user, admin, moderator interfaces and also be able to review each of them.
