How to Install phpBB Templates
1. Go to the phpBB Styles download page or phpBBstyles.com.
2. Select the template that you want, I downloaded the template called "Counter-Strike" from phpbbstyles.com. After downloading, unzip/untar the package.
4. Login to your FTP
5. Upload the template's folder to /templates/ in your forum's root folder.
6. After uploading, go to your forum and login to your administrator account.
7. Go into your Administrator Control Panel.
8. Scroll down the left frame and find a category called "Styles Admin" and press "Add".
9. Depending on the template you have uploaded, the Style name and Template might be different (mine showed CounterStrike & cs).
Hit the install button on the template you want to install.
10. You should receive a message telling you that you have installed the template.
If you wish to, you can force users to use the template you just installed, go to Step 15 if you wish to do that.
15. Go to "Configuration" under "General Admin".
16. See the screenshot and find the 2 options. Select the template you just installed as the default and select "Yes" at the radio buttons.
