phpbb issue gaining access to the admin cp

i keep getting this error message when trying to access my admin cp.

how do i fix that?

Please apply for upgrading your PHP Version to Intermediate through Account Management Panel.

The upgrade will take about 6 to 12 hours, so Please be patient. But, when done, you'll see a difference.

when i go into my accout on the x10 main pg its saying that the upgrade is complete and that i have teh intermediate php pkg. i go into my support tickets and txt still isnt there. so i am assuming the upgrade isnt complete.

i just went into my msg board and everything seems to be working on my phpbb board. on the support ticket i am still getting error messages and no txt being displayed
