phpBB not working

Whenever I try to access my phpBB forum at http://excaliburgaming.org/forum/ or http://excaliburgaming.X10hosting.com I get the error:

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/kidbw3/public_html/forum/includes/template.php(174) : eval()'d code on line 174

I searched the forum for info on this, and I found out I had to upgrade my php version to intermediate. I did this over 12 hours ago and it was allowed shortly after, and I am still getting errors.

Help me please.

it's not that problem the problem is are upgrade the php version
