Hi, i really like your host service and i have been using it for a while now. I have came accross a problem with PHPBB 2.0.22, Once i finished installing it i got this error.

"Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/forums/public_html/forum/includes/template.php(174) : eval()'d code on line 174"

I read in some of the forum topics and there were suggestions like go to the PHPBB support website or upgrade your PHP on your site but these havn't exactly worked.

I looked on the PHPBB website and i got this response:

(Your host has locked down php too tightly. You will have to contact them and ask them to allow "eval")

On your forums it said to upgrade but i dont really want to upgrade because i only want to host these forums for my games site and thats it. Is there any way you could allow "eval" on my account please so i can atleast host my PHPBB forums. This would be a great help and it would be much appreciated as i wont have to change server and i can stay with your great hosting service.

My Details For My Account Are:

Username: forums
Password: **********
Domain: funflashgames.x10Hosting.com
Hosting Package: Adfree
E-mail: Chris_trafford@hotmail.co.uk

Password Hidden For Security Purposes

Thanks.

very simple

x10 has several levels of php hosting

the first level where everyone is on until they upgrade has forbidden eval
to upgrade go to http://x10hosting.com/account and go to the left hand side bottom

then requested to change your account to the intermediated level of php

i had the problem and now have fixed it

can you please search before you post next time as there are a lot of posts about this

Chewett is 100% correct. Go to the account panel (http://x10hosting.com/login) and request to be upgraded to the intermediate version of PHP.

After you are accepted it may take upto 3 hours for your account to update with the changes.
