PHPBB setup problem

I clicked create message forum thing from the control panel, it made it here http://angryguild.x10hosting.com/phpbb but the message says:

"Please ensure both the install/ and contrib/ directories are deleted"

Of course, until this is done the forum cannot be used.

Neither via FTP of the file manager from the cpanel let me delete these folders. How are we meant to get it working when we cannot delete the folders needed for it to work?

Any suggestions anybody?

ftp goes down randomly, i suggest you try at a later time because you should have no problems deleting them from file manager

There are currently server problems, mainly a very high load. This is probably the problem. Please try again later if the problem persists post back here and I`ll see what I can do.
