phpBB3?

Sorry guys, I should probably research this on the board first before posting but I'm crunched for time. Is a phpBB3 message board allowed on freely hosted accounts? My board is fairly low traffic (just a few posts per week) but important for those who use it.

phpbb3 is just fine as long as its forum topics follow the tos(no Warz/hacking forums/etc)
