I have just had my account updated to php version 2 but still unable to access my install file for phpbb3. It shows up as a blank page. Do i need to reupload everything? Everything is uploaded into the public_html

Edit : just uploaded and still the same.

Hey,

Yes, I'd try re-uploading the file, it may be the file has become corrupted. If that doesn't work, try re-downloading the file, PHPbb3 is constantly changing and the code may have been updated.

Happened to me, too. You might just need to upgrade your PHP privileges on the webhost.

I thought he said he already had which was why I suggested it, not trying to mess anyone about......sorry...

Do I need to "change my account's PHP version" to "Intermediate PHP Configuration" ?

And , I see on my "account page" : Basic PHP Configuration - Upgrade pending

What does "Upgrade pending" mean ?
