PHPMyAdmin - Access Denied

Hi; I'm having trouble logging into my PHPMyAdmin account; whenever I click the link on Cpanel, I get the page saying "Please be patient, you will be redirected in a moment;", and then when PMA loads I get an error saying: Wrong username/password. Access denied.

I don't know what this means since I didnt get a chance to enter a username or password.

I need to log into phpmyadmin in order to make a backup of my databases... and to export them to my "plan B" host...

Can i enter to phpmyadmin in anyway?
