phpMyAdmin increadably slow expotring database

When ever I try to export my database from phpMyAdmin the download speed is extremely slow. Internet Explorer reports it as 1-2KB second which sometimes drops below 100 BYTES second. My site seems to access the database without any problems. I have tried for several days at different times with the sane result. I was able to download the database and it seems like everything is there. The .sql file is only about 530KB but it took over 30 minutes to download.

I'm on ox1 server.

I'm still having problems with the export of databases being slow to the point of being nearly unusable. I have tried creating different databases but see if they might export faster but they are no better. I used to take only a few seconds to export my data base. I was able to download it last night but it took around 10 minutes for a 530KB sql file.
Any help would be appreciated.
Is there any other way to download my database?

521 KB (533,633 bytes) sql file took 27 minutes 20 seconds to download.

Can you please try to fix the problem with phpMyAdmin downloads.
