PhpMyAdmin not working

the PhpMyAdmin does not work, When I click on it in cpanel it takes me to the PhpMyAdmin login page.

I have tried multiple login usernames and passwords and I can not log in.

Problem Still exists. The control panel see the database but reads that it holds 0.01MB of data.
