PHPMYADMIN not working

Does anyone know why phpMyAdmin isn't working on free accounts? Thanks!

My phpmyadmin is not working
it requires a username/password, when i type it in i end up with a blank white screen

I can login, but when I go to create a new database it just loads for a long time, and then doesn't do anything.

Mine automatically logs in, but then it just has a yellow button that says loading and doesn't do anything.

And my site cant connect to the database so its useless coding until its fixed
