PhpMyAdmin Requires Username/Password

Hi,
My phpmyadmin requires a username and password to login?
I get the error:

• 
  #1045 Cannot log in to the MySQL server

If i type the correct username/password (or even if its wrong) i just get a blank page
And my website is coming up with mysql errors as if it cant connect to the database, it was working fine a while ago
Ive never had this before so i have no idea what to do

So this is a known bug, and I've forwarded this on to @Bryon so he can take a look at your account. We have a fix, however we're trying to determine /why/ it's happening.
