phpmyadmin very slow

Chrome has been in the "Waiting for https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php..." state for about 10 minutes now, but has not logged in.

I was in about an hour ago, and I could access just about every page except the main page which lists my tables.

Do i have to open ports to access phpmyadmin? I am currently using a different router but I can't really recall opening a port on my main router which always worked fine

No, you don't need to open ports. Sometimes when the servers are very busy MySQL goes quite slow. If you look at some other threads recently, a few users have reported MySQL related errors. You'll just have to wait for it to be fixed. As you've posted here, admin will now be aware of the issue, though, if they aren't already.
