when i login to cpanel and navigate to phpMyAdmin nothing loads, its just blank, i have tried opening it with Firefox and I.E. so i don't think its a firewall or browser problem

Hi.

I have same problem. When I try to access phpMyadmin I only get a blank page.
I need to access to phpMyadmin to migrate my site to x10hosting.
