Please forgive me in advance if this is posted elsewhere. But is PHPMyAdmin available on the free service? I get access denied when I try to use it for the first time. Thanks in advance.

It does come with the free hosting.
I assume you are on Lotus server.
What you experienced is a recent problem for many on that server.

It will be looked into.
