PhpNuke..How?

I have recently installed it and I cannot figure out how to change what everything is on the menu, Ie i have encylopedia- and I dont want that!

When you have loged in to the admin account on the left side it should say like admin panel or something, Then a hole bunch of options should show up.
Click moudles or modles or somthing like that and you can chose what you want in the menu and what you want the menu options to do.
