I'm trying to upload stuff to my account via FTP and when I enter my username and password it says it's incorrect and I know it's not. Help!

In you CPanel look under the "files" section and click FTP accounts,
under account management you will see your x10 username. At the end of the row you will find configure FTP client. Click that then all the information you need will be under that, even some files that set up your client for you!

If you're on the Stoli server, several people have been having continued issues with it.
