Piwik. PHP fatal error: Out of memory.

Hi, I've just installed Piwik (Open Source alternative to Google Analytics) and I get this error:

"Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 3670016) (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/USUARIO/public_html/piwik/plugins/API/API.php on line 614"

Just in case it was a loop error on a wrong file I've tried installing it manually and through Softaculous and I get the same error either way.

I have a friend who has a web running on the Lotus server with the free service and Piwik works great, I don't have the slightest idea why it works for him and not for me . I'm on the Starka server.

Why was this thread closed without a replay??

It's been some time now and there hasn't been any response. I'd like to know why I can't run Piwik and why do you closed the thread without a single note on the problem!!
