Plan Switch

Ok I want my plan switched to Advanced. I logged in on x10hosting.com and updated my cpanel contact info. but it gives me the error

"The account specified is missing it's contact email address, this could be caused by one of two things: Either the account does not have a contact email address set, or our backend system has not updated yet. Updates to the backend occur every few hours.

Please try again in a few minutes."

and i've been trying for like 30 minutes.

If memory serves CPanel's email changes can take a few hours to take effect. I'm guessing a mod/admin can change it, but if you can, check back in about 6 hours (1/4 a day) and see if it'll work then, assuming someone hasn't changed it for you

now my website isn't even loading.. it's been doing this a lot. whats wrong

It looks like your account is linked correctly. Can you not access http://x10hosting.com/account ?

The server looks fine to me right now. There was a process running from cPanel that was using a lot of the CPU. I'm watching it for further problems.
