No. Your main domain must remain one of the subdomains x10Hosting provides to prevent loss of access. (There have been more than a few problems with this in the past.) You'll have to add your .com domain as either a parked domain (it will be an alias for your x10 subdomain, pointing to the same content) or as an add-on domain (which will point to a subdirectory within your public_html folder).
