Can you help me remove the proxy and help of unsuspend my website cos i want to start designing my site. Regards

Nope. Proxies are a zero tolerance violation and you won't be unsuspended, just like everyone else using proxies (and there are a minimum of 28 - my sig started with a total of 3 in the last 24hr when I started the proxy hunt.)
