I no longer need to use my free webhosting account and wish to have it closed permanently.
The reason is due to your TOS which I've just reviewed and found that languages other than English, Spanish, and French are not allowed on the free webhosting plan, while my website (for charity and our group of University alumni) is in Vietnamese.
Thank you very much, and I really appreciate your great webhosting service although I'm unable to use it at this time.
