Please disable inactivity timer that I paid for on 7/9/2008 invoice 1449

I paid $3.00 in invoice 1449on July 9 2008 to have the inactivity timer disabled for a year (see below), but for some unknown reason the inactivity timer has been reinstated on my account. Please disable it per my payment in July 2009.
