Are you sure the ftp account you are using has the permission to access it?
You can also try File Manager instead.
Edit: Try to change the folder permissions in the cpanel built-in File Manager.

Yes The folder Vb is the script of my forums and i have apremission to access it and i tried the file manager it Say The same messege
