May I ask when you signed up for your hosting account?
If it has been recently ( Within the last 30 days ) ... then I would like to direct you to the News & Announcement section of the forum.
Currently, new accounts ( unless its a paid account ) are on hold as the administration works on remodeling the site and the backend coding and software.
There has been no official release date of activating new accounts. There is no worry though, your information is currently stored and will be created when new accounts are started up again.
