I have natekettles.x10.mx as my domain here...But I want it to be nathankettles.co.za
I have sent details to my registrar for new nameservers
But now I can't add nathankettles.co.za as a custom domain.

It gives "error code 1E9F63B0
A system error occurred while processing this action".

In cpanel I have deleted all DNS settings and resetted.

Please advise what to do so I can add this custom domain.

It can take up to 48 hours for the nameservers to be updated.
I'd wait until you know they are updated.

I show nathankettles.co.za has:

DNS servers
ns1.everydns.net
ns2.everydns.net
ns3.everydns.net
ns4.everydns.net

and they point to IP as

72.32.231.8

If you are going to use a separate nameserver rather than x10hosting, you should make sure that they are pointing to your server which is currently boru at

69.175.121.66

Note that with x10 moving servers around, if you continue to use outside nameservers, you might have to change the settings.

Thanks for replies ;)
To add some info:

1) My co.za registrar will update within 4 hours and then the nameservers will be pointing to x10hosting as you say. I will definitely be using x10hosting as namesevers.

2) The problem is, I cannot add my domain via cpanel or via x10hosting account admin. I DID add it before..but then couldnt access it so reverted back to x10 subdomain. Now when I try to add it again, it gives me the error stated above.

I see other people who have done this (parked/added domain, removed, and then tried to add again) and it seems that their dns settings or something needs to be cleared. Can staff please do this for me?
