Please help! Can't enter website

Yesterday i left my computer uploading files via ftp but today, when I woke, I couldn't access my website. The http and ftp services on cossacks were off so i waited. Now they are online and i can neither enter my website nor cpanel. What's happening? the adress is http://bernardocaldas.x10hosting.com/

Have checked and it must be firewall, because my friends can acess it. IP is 85.138.234.68

Hello all, I'm quite a relatively new member of this forums and just signed up for free hosting roughly 5 days ago.

Recently I've been having intermittent access to my webpage and Cpanel, and today I am completely cut off from my website and Cpanel. Pinging the server does not work either. It states that the server cannot be found.

However, using proxy I am able to access my website. Is this a case of my IP being blocked? Or is there some other reason that I may not know.

Ah, you might have entered too many wrong passwords into FTP - after which it will block your IP.

We had an issue with HTTP. Please check the server alerts forum before posting next time, we keep everyone up to date on important information in there.
