Please help cant open website !!

I ant open my web site i get this error everytime even though the index.html is in place :

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

if your on the stoli server its because http is offline, please check server status link before posting.

As MSchumacher has pointed out HTTP is down on Stoli, you need to wait a bit before it is back online.
