Please help me speed up my hosting account signup

Please help me speed up my hosting account signup, when i login I allways get this message, an account already exists in the signup queue with the specified username ' karmas ' . Please attempt to signup again.

how long time will server updates takes, Its been four days the server update was started.

There have been some problems with cPanel which have slowed it down.
