Hope you can help me. I am trying to backup my wordpress site and this is the error

"Your hosting has an execution time limit of 30 seconds for PHP scripts, which is not enough for performing full backup/restore of your website. A full website backup/restore is a complex process which may take a couple of minutes depending on many circumstances. The needed execution time varies depending on the backup options and your server performance, that's why we cannot tell exactly how much execution time is needed. But, almost all hosting providers give users the ability to increase the execution time limit or they increase it themselves, upon user request. Please ask your hosting provider if they are able increase your execution time limit. If this isn’t an option for you, then try to enable this option in your settings section (it’s entitled “Do backup with reloads") to compress your data chunk by chunk. Then disable any security plugin which could prevent nopriv ajax calls and try again to create a new backup. If you’re still see this error, please contact us. We’ll try our best to help you figure it out asap"

Increasing execution time isn't an option on Free Hosting accounts, I'm afraid. A big part of what makes Free Hosting (without ads) viable at all is that there is a large number of active user accounts on each of the Free Hosting servers, and extending execution time on only a handful of accounts would effectively deny service to other accounts on the same server. You will have to use the "backup with reloads" option.

If necessary, staff can waive a mod_security rule for a specific page URL if it's preventing you from running the chunked backup, so if you run into problems using it, pleaase post back, including the exact URL of the page you are on while experiencing the problem.

thanks for the prompt reply. I am using backup guard plugin for my wordpress site. I have already use the backup with reloads options but problem still exist. The page I am working on is www.guiareymar.com

That's the site URL; they'll need the URL of the page you're on when you're having problems (the rule will not be waived site-wide, generally).

You'll note, please, that I am a "Community Advocate" - I don't have access to do what you want, and you'll need to wait for somebody who does have access. You already have the ability to download a copy of your files and database through cPanel.
