Did you mean SSL certificate?
Go to your control panel->Account Manager->SSL Certificates
If you have more than one domain, make sure the main domain is the default one.
also that the option is checked:
Use the best match certificate
and check where it says:
Force SSL with https redirect
click save and then save in green and that's it
