Please help: Misc. issues with site.

I'm having the following issues with my site.

1) When I visit www.tyrantmedia.com, the index.html does not appear. Instead, I get a "Page not found" error. The same follows for other directories, such as my Joomla installations.
2) When I visit my elementfx url, I come to an x10 hosting page which says, "bradkhan.elementfx.com" is available".

The account started to act funny after I accidentally deleted the public_html directory earlier this morning. I did manage to recreate the directory but proper functionality has been intermittent at best.

I'm unsure what can be done to fix these errors but I am not opposed to my account being deleted/recreated from scratch.

You will need to point the .com url's domain name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. As far as the the public_html folder, all you need to do is either upload a new site to that folder or create index.html/php file and design your own.

My nameservers were switched/have been correct even before I received my activation email for the account. I just double checked to make certain. Anything basic of the sort, such as forwarding the DNS, I believe I can take care of.

As I mentioned, the functionality of the site is intermittent. Immediately after accidentally deleting the directory, I recreated it and made a test index.html file so I can check the basic functionality of the site. Sometimes I see it and others I get a "Problem loading page" or 404 error. The same follows when I try to login to the Cpanel.

Right now, the server doesn't load at all and appears to be down. The last time it was up I couldn't login to Cpanel. I'm unsure if this issue is something you could attend to, as I doubt that it's anything aside from a general server/connectivity issue on your end.
