Please Help, My account was Unfairly Suspendded.

My account has been suspenned for "Reason: Duplicate account detected based upon last-login remote address. Multiple accounts are not allowed." i would liek to know Exactly what this means, i have only 1 x10 hosting account, and i have many importint datbase files on my account. i think the "Reason:" for my account being susspended was my freind Tony Richerds logging onto my account so he could upload something for me that he couldent Send Via email. so thats why i think it dedected 2 accounts with same Ip. BUT please. i havent taken a copy of my account databases, and i cant acsses them now due to this suspension (witch i did not break any rules so it is unfair). PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM TECH SUPPORT I HAVE MANY LONG HOURS OF FILES ON THAT ACCOUNT. please post as soon as posible :biggrin:

I will lift the suspension. If he has an x10 hosting account he is suspended then also. With this new script running it is best that only you access your website. Especially if the other person also has an existing account with x10. If he ever needs to access your site for any reason again i would suggest he not use his own ip.

i thank you very much, but he has to use that IP . thank u again for the un suspension. if u could keep that IP some how writen down so both IP's can acsses my acocunt i would be very greatfull.

Have your friend PM me with his cpanel name. I will add his and yours to the list. So you do not get suspended again.
