Hi Please help me.
Can any one tell me what does this error mean!!

It looks like whatever script you have running is looking for data files in the wrong locations.

What script/CMS are you running?

It is IPAID4CLICKS.cgi script

Can you please tell me the what is the path to the file??

In the Cpanel it shows that my home path is /home/ptr5000!!!

You'll have to edit your user-list.inc and signup.cgi files to reflect the appropriate location of those files it is trying to find. Change line 4 in user-list.inc and 40 in signup.cgi from:

home/ptrmadness.com/data//iConfig.pm

TO

/home/ptr5000/data/iConfig.pm
