Please help, site is down

Hi, my site is down and I am hoping you can help me out. When I go to my site at http://www.spaughmath.x10hosting.com it looks like it tries to redirect me to http://www.cossacks.x10hosting/suspended.page/ then I get a "Problem loading page" error. I have noticed this problem with http://www.cossacks.x10hosting/suspended.page/ before but I was able to unsuspend the account by going to a link in the forums for automatic unsuspension.

When I log into x10hosting.com I see my account and it says it is unsuspended. When I go to an unsuspension page, it also tells me that the account is unsuspended. Further, I cannot log into the cpanel from the account panel as it says login failed.

My username for cpanel is aspaugh and my x10 name is mspaugh1. This site is an ad-free hosting account.

Let me know if any further information is necessary.

When I got the domain that is registered to your forum account I get this :

http://mattkplumbing.x10hosting.com/

Is your cPanel username not : mkinc2 ?

I have two sites which use different usernames. I must have logged into the forums with the login for mattkplumbing. I logged in with the forum account that is linked to the spaughmath website for this posting.

You are only allowed to have one hosting account.
You should be suspended for multiple accounts.

I will delete one of them for you to avoid this from happening.
Please post the details of the accounts and state which I must delete.

I should be more specific. I have one account for myself which has the site mattkplumbing and the other is my wife's (spaughmath). I am only helping her with her account because she is busy. The accounts are separate and she set up the spaughmath one with her information. I do not wish to delete either of these only get the spaughmath one working properly.

Be careful with this, as the system will automatically detect the accounts being from the same IP address and put up a red flag which will in turn result in the accounts being suspended.
