Possible open service again is because the comment is Vbulletin Forum installation?

The "comment" is that you don't have a license # for your vBulletin install.

Is that cause it's nulled? In a word, yes. A legitimate download from vBulletin will -always- have a license # at the top, and your code is not only missing that, it's missing several other chunks of code that don't get modified without paying a ton to modify it.


Consider it a permanent suspension.
