please help unable to access cpanel its been very long !!!

hello guys please i really need some to come out and help me i have been posting since last 4 days and no help
im unable to acess cpanel from last 6-7 days i was asked to change the password i did but it didnt work

ten my theread was escalted for an admin to help but again no help ...its been 2 days since please i really need some to help me solve the problem !!!!!
help appreciated please help guys humble request !!!!

As you are aware, previous thread on this issue has been escalated. Please monitor the progress of that escalated ticket until you receive a response. If staff has a lot of tickets to respond to it may take awhile. Please be patient. There is really nothing we can do to assist you with escalated tickets if free hosting support forums.

It all depends on how busy staff is with other support tickets. If they have a lot of work it may take a while but they will attend to your issue as quickly as possible. That is really all I can tell you about it. Best advice is to try to be patient. I realize this issue is frustrating but nothing more we can do to assist you in free hosting support forums. Sorry.
