Please help, website terminated

I just saw the email this morning that my website would be terminated unless I logged in, but I was too late (it was sent yesterday). I am so sorry that I messed up, it was due to abeing way from home. I am asking you, please, if my files are still backed up. Can you please restore them? I will do better with calendar reminders in the future. If I could just please have it restored. Thank you.
