please help with my site. it is completely not showing up. I don't know what is wrong

Hi there. My site is : http://www.ecrime.x10hosting.com
I need this site to work right NOW! I need to edit things on it as I have to enter it into a competition in front of a panel of judges on Tuesday!!!!
Go to the site and nothing is coming up.
An error shows up which is: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
What do I do?

If you can not return the site, please send me a back up of my site.l need the public_html directory. This includes the pages in wordpress. If my site does not continue to work, you do not understand what will happen.

I'm getting an Error establishing connection to database error instead of a 500 error. Try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS cache.
Also, try this to fix the MySQL problem:
In cPanel, click on Remote MySQL.
Add the following entry: int.boru.x10hosting.com

If that doesn't work, the admins are trying to fix this as with many other issues.
