Please Help with primary domain change

hello I am trying to change my primary domain back to nathanhampshire.pcriot.com it says it is available but when i click confirm hosting details i get this error message

An Error Has Occurred

• Whm error: account server id does not match the package's server id. in theory, this should never happen. :-( (code modifydomain_2)
